Ed's Day Wednesday
Dear FOLKS,
I am pleased to once again introduce to you another ancestor that is claimed by my cousin Ed Ostrom and by me. Recently we finished telling the story of Ommund Ommundsen Østrem (1820-1895) who was also the first in the line of Ed's 2x great-grandparents. If you would like to read more about Ommund you can click here.
My plan is to share with you the information that has been discovered for each of the individuals on Ed's Five-Generation Chart. I would like to introduce you to Anne Malene Andreasdatter (1829-1855) whose name is #17 on Ed's Name List. Anne's name is included as the second individual in Generation #5, the Great-Great-Grandparents. If you would like to learn more about Ed's Five Generation Chart and his Names List you can see those by clicking here.
Anne Malene Andreasdatter was Ed's 2x great-grandmother and my 3x-great-grandmother. As #17 on Ed's Name List, she had married #16, Ommund Ommundsen Østrem.

SOURCES AND RESEARCH NOTES --
This source list id the result of selecting and adding sources to the Facts to the Ed Ostrom's Family Tree on Ancestry.com. This tree is 'synced' with his tree I keep on my desktop copy of Family Tree Maker, version 2017. I used the report publishing function and created an Individual Report for Ommund Ommundsen.
The source list that is provided by Family Tree Maker is not presented in the format suggested by the book "Evidence Explained." This book's author is Elizabeth Shown Mills and in it she defines a format to cite a source that has become the standard format for genealogists to use. I am trying to complete the citations in the standard format, but as I am still a beginner, there are going to be mistakes found.
